Introduction

My corporate background is professional services. Here I honed my leadership skills and cut my teeth as an internal coach. I became a supervisor to broaden my own development and fulfil a desire to work with other coaches on their learning journey.

More Details

I am naturally reflective and avidly curious this is me. These traits are definitely part of who I am as a Supervisor. I am drawn to the complex nature of humanity and always want to know why and how, so be prepared for some interesting dialogue. I spent most of my corporate life working in professional services which is where I started my journey to become a coach and now a supervisor. I have been a leader and bring that with me. I am passionate about learning for myself and others.
I try to live and work according to my values, which are Curiosity, Generosity, Independence, Integrity, Kindness, Respect and Self-development theyre me and Im them. Over the last 16 years Ive coached different people from all walks of life, ages, and organisation levels its made me appreciate the value of coaching for all. I consider myself lucky as since starting my journey as a coach as part of the internal coaching team at Deloitte I have always had a supervisor. I learnt to appreciate the time with my supervisor, the sacred space of confidentiality where I could share all, be transparent and vulnerable and celebrate the successes. It is a space to learn from the work we undertake, recover from the knock backs and the unexpected, plus develop skills and knowledge from the bountiful sharing of someone who has more experience than we have ourselves.
I was born in London and spent most of my life commuting into the city and enjoying all the metropolis has to offer ballet, art galleries, music, bond street and so much more but as many have over recent years I decided to move out and now live on the Kent coast and enjoy the sea, fresh air, and wonderful food (and wine) that is available from my own garden and the surrounding farms and vineyards. I have always felt rejuvenated by nature and the art of growing things whether they be seeds, animals or a precocious little granddaughter who lives just along the coast.
I could write more but if you would like to know more about me and my work as a supervisor then it would be great to talk so please get in touch.
