Introduction

My passion is coaching. As a supervisor, I provide a safe supportive and challenging space for the coach to reflect on who they are as a coach and how they are as a coach both personally and systemically.

I first qualified as a professional coach almost 20 years ago and it was love at first sight! I am particularly energised by the multiple positive ripple effects of coaching both on the clients themselves and on the people and systems in which they work and live. I am therefore committed to not only coach but also to develop and support coaches in the important, meaningful work they do. In addition to supervision and Executive and Leadership coaching, I also provide mentor coaching to coaches and I teach Executive coaching at Henley Business School.

I am driven by deep curiosity, genuine respect for the differences in people and a strong desire to cultivate respectful generative communities. My supervision is informed by my extensive coach training (including integral, NLP and Systemic Coaching & Constellations), my training and experience in adult education and by my varied corporate career.
