Neil has over 25 years� experience working in healthcare, consulting, health and wellness, and leadership development. He has worked for Big 4 and boutique consulting firms. As a coach, he has served within the federal government, non-governmental organizations, higher education, health systems, law, pharmaceutical, technology, non-profit, fast moving consumer goods, energy, architecture, and professional services tax, audit, and consulting. He also served as an internal leadership, wellbeing, inclusive leadership, and team coach with the PwC US Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence, where is introduced and launched the team coaching capability. He has worked with hundreds of individual, team, and group clients. He works with catalysts - revolutionary visionaries at all levels of business and society, diverse corporate employees, coaches, and teams at all levels.

Neil also serves as course leader and certification supervisor for CRR Global in the ICF ACTP (Level 2) Organization & Relationship Systems Coach training program, as a course leader the 10-month Co-Active Training Institute's Co-Active Leadership Program and the 3-day Co-Active Leadership Experience.

He obtained his coach training at the Co-Active Training Institute and CRR Global. He is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach and an accredited Coaching Supervisor. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a MPH in Public Health and Health Behavior and Education. Neil is certified to administer and interpret The Leadership Circle Profile, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)�, HBDI Brain Dominance Indicator�, and the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)�
