As a multi-neurodivergent woman of Pakistani-Dutch heritage, Elizabeth's diverse background and experiences with barriers provide a unique perspective, helping her connect deeply with the challenges of underrepresented groups.

Her credentials include being a Master Accredited Executive Coach (APECS 2023), Senior Practitioner (EMCC 2018), and EISA Accredited Supervisor (EMCC 2023). She holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision (CSA 2022) and has been a Chartered Member of CIPD since 1997. Elizabeth has significant experience in leadership and development within coaching and mentoring organisations, including roles at EMCC Global and APECS.
