I am passionate about building the capacity of coaches, leaders and executives to thrive in an age of accelerating complexity. My work focuses on crafting and co-creating growth experiences to enable this.

My supervision approach emphasises the following: 'co-creation', 'emergence', 'playfulness', and 'non cognitive ways of knowing'. As a designer and integrator of learning experiences and a former management consultant, financial controller and photographer, I also bring experience of fields beyond coaching to supervision work.

I am British, of Indian origin, and live in London.
