Introduction

I became a Coaching Supervisor because of an intuitive sense that who I am might be a useful companion to others.

I am passionate about co-creating space for an individual or group to deepen and awaken to themselves as a force of life that grows, adapts and can thrive in a fast-changing world. A world where more people need to find their own resilience formula and break down siloes to feel they are part of a much bigger whole. An ashtanga yoga and meditation practice are the scaffolding I have chosen to continue on this path to becoming a loving, expanded and embodied presence.

As a Coaching Supervisor, I bring 20+ years global experience coaching C-Suite executives, senior teams and more complex relationship systems in organisations of all shapes and sizes across diverse industries. I work systemically. I began coaching CEOs around influence and becoming beacons of change, because of former career as a broadcast journalist and presenter. That led to designing leadership communication programs for corporate academies which then led to creating leadership and culture development programs to support wider change initiatives.

I have been on the faculty of three coach training schools: CRRGlobal, 6TC, Team Coaching International.

My approach is holistic, creative (colours, pens, drawing), somatic, outdoors if you like, spacious, challenging and warm-hearted.

I've managed my own coaching and training consultancy since 2002, building teams made up of friends and colleagues from a global professional network as required.

I hold a Masters in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from UCL.
