Introduction

Slowing down to bring the best of who you are to your work.

More Details

How we could work together:
Through collaborative, reflective and creative conversations, we will meet regularly to slow down and look at your unique processes (e.g. the ways you approach your work, the dynamics of your business relationships, your thoughts and emotions around the work), consider blindspots and unlock more personal and professional resources for the services you provide to others.

Who is impacted by the work:
I work 1:1 with people in the professional services industries (e.g. coaching, law, finance) to support and challenge them to perform at their best in service to their clients. As a former accountant and lawyer, I understand the specific challenges faced by people who have been trained in a rigid system - whether they are still in that system (as our clients) or are now working alongside that system (as coaches and supervisors). I am particularly adept at supporting individuals who have never been in regular super-vision to transition into regular reflection both externally with a trained supervisor as well as by growing their "internal supervisor".

Some of the results you can expect form our work includes:
- Increased awareness of yourself, others, and working relationships
- Less fear and self-sabotage and more confidence, trust, and integrity at work
- Increase in motivation and energy
- Positive shifts in work relationships
- Less bias, more objectivity in the work
- Greater consistency in work performance
- Feeling more at ease with your work
- Accelerated professional and personal development
- Earned required supervision hours OR continuing education credits with certain regulatory bodies (e.g. AC, EMCC, ICF, SRA, etc.)

My approach to learning:
I believe in lifelong learning and enjoy being regularly challenged and supported as a coach, mentor coach, and supervisor. To continue to sharpen my edge as a supervisor, more specifically, I regularly seek learning opportunities about the process of supervision at deeper levels. How I do that is by committing to learn from and work with several different professional supervisors (across different disciplines) each year so that I may ultimately bring the best of who I am not only to every supervision relationship but also to any relationship in my life.
