Margaret works with a diverse group of leaders across a number of industries and views it as an honour to support the transformation taking place on an individual, team and organisational level
Based in Dubai and working across the Middle East, Margaret has been involved in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Coaching Supervision for over 20 years.
She is passionate about peoples growth and transformation and uses a variety of tools, techniques and approaches to encourage her coachees and supervisees to reflect on their behaviour from different perspectives in order for new possibilities to be explored, created and experienced.
Margaret has a strong belief that a coachs role is to act as a catalyst for change and therefore coaches her clients to increase their self-awareness by constantly reflecting on the impact their behaviour is having on others. She also enables her coachees to create the self-belief that they themselves have the knowledge and skills within to identify the areas of behaviour and performance that requires adapting or changing and to set actions in place and put them into practice in order to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
She works with a diverse group of leaders across a number of industries and views it as an honour to support the transformation taking place on an individual, team and organisational level.
Margaret is an accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching and an accredited Coaching Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy.
