Introduction
I'm a London-based leadership coach and coaching supervisor and work across the UK, either face to face or by video link. I am also a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. I take a creative, fun, and psychological approach to my work with clients.

I am a coach, organisational psychologist and coaching supervisor with over 19 years experience in leadership and personal development, and organisational culture and change.
Coaching and supervision is my passion. As a supervisor, I work with coaches to ensure the quality of their work, develop professionally, and build resilience. I see supervision as a true partnership between my clients and me. I am insightful and intuitive; clients say that working with me is fun and challenging in equal measure!
I am based in Central London.
Hectic lifestyles often lack space for reflection and generative thinking, and so my aim is to facilitate my clients to take a step back, build self awareness, develop confidence and self belief, acknowledge their strengths, and explore strategies in order to tap into their own creativity to maximize performance, resilience, and personal fulfilment.
I combine strong analytical and intellectual skills with an ability to cut through the noise; together we get to the nub of the issue. I draw upon my background in psychology and my combined love of the theoretical and the practical to work creatively with clients, acting as a catalyst for new perspectives to emerge. I take an integrative and flexible approach, informed by Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Transactional Analysis, The Thinking Environment, and strengths based/positive psychology.
My career (pre-consultancy and coaching) focused on retail, sales (metal and chemicals), recruitment, higher education, and facilities management. As a consultant and coach I am heavily guided by personal values and am most drawn to working within the public sector, not for profit/charities, and membership organisations. I particularly enjoy working with coachees who are in transition, stepping in to new roles, or who are looking to rediscover their way.
In my spare time, I love nothing more than to paint and take photographs.
