Introduction

Dr. Sabreena Andriesz’s research and experience through the last two and a half decades in organizational development, team alignment and executive coaching is informed through her background in psychology, knowledge in behavioral analysis, advanced systems thinking and somatic intelligence. Sabreena’s bi-cultural versatility is influenced by having lived in Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Germany, and the United Kingdom; she is now a citizen of Singapore.

Professional Qualifications

With a PhD in Organizational Development and Change, Dr. Sabreena Andriesz area of expertise is leadership in multi-national corporations in overseas subsidiaries; her multi-culturally focused research offers multiple perspectives and solutions in her partnership with individuals and organizations.

Dr. Andriesz is a Social Scientist, Organizational Consultant, Facilitator, ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), WABC Certified Business Coach™ (CBC™), Certified Solution Focused Coach (CSFC), Facilitator, Tutor, and Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA), an ICF Mentor Coach and Psychotherapist. She also holds a Master degree in Social Science (Counseling), Master degree in Human Development, Graduate Certificate in Learning, Innovation and Change Across Boundaries (GCLBX) and the advanced certificate in learning and performance (ACLP); a certification approved by the Ministry of Education in Singapore that ensures best practices and standards for adult learning and development. She is an Associate Facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership, Executive Coach with the National University of Singapore Business School, Adjunct Faculty and Programme Director for ESSEC Business School Asia-Pacific, Adjunct Faculty for in-house executive education and leadership at Singapore Management University (SMU) and was Lead Faculty of the WABC Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™) international coach certification program at SMU from 2016 to 2020. Sabreena is Past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore Chapter 2009 to 2011 and Co-chaired the 2nd Asia Pacific Coaching Conference in 2012.

Affecting societal change on all levels is a key driver to her partnerships and through them she facilitates and raises awareness on self-leadership and relational presence that always has human development and the elevation of human consciousness at its center.
