I was born in Germany, have two degrees and a PhD in Organizational Sociology and Economics I am multilingual and used to work cross-cultural as I have lived and worked in 8 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and North Amerika. My major job experiences: I worked for four years as a consultant in IBM. Then I founded an individual consulting HR service provider in the Middle East focused on personal skills. 10 ago I moved to Washington DC, graduated of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program, founded 2ndStep and focus on Leadership Coaching. At the moment I live with my family in Germany.
