Introduction

My mission is to drive inclusive and meaningful change in health and healthcare. I facilitate specialized transformations through collaboration, leveraging my healthcare expertise, strategic thinking and relational skills. In my work with individuals, our partnership is grounded in the World Health Organization (WHO) definition of health: “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not just the absence of disease”. When partnering with healthcare organizations, I focus on achieving top decile performance by fostering coaching cultures, systematizing performance, and maximizing growth, efficiency, quality – all while prioritizing the health of individuals and the overall fiscal well-being of the organization.

More Details

As a female executive, mother of three adult children, wife of more than thirty years, and entrepreneur (starting pandemic Year 1) I have witnessed and experienced so much - I love to help others' journeys be a bit more smooth, easy and fun than expected via reflective inquiry and experiential learning.

As Chief and Founder at Loud Minds (C@LM), I collaborate with clients in various capacities, including coach, consultant, contract executive, and retreat facilitator. Each role is tailored to optimize holistic performance and deliver sustainable results. I offer services and programs worldwide, both virtually and in-person.

Professional Qualifications

I am a seasoned Performance Transformation Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor and Consultant with over 25 years of extensive experience in the United States healthcare sector. I hold coaching certifications from esteemed organizations, including the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Wellcoaches, the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, and Erotic Blueprint. Additionally, I have earned a diploma in Coach Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy. Each of these organizations is recognized for its longstanding expertise in the coaching field.

Before founding Loud Minds, I served as an executive with various national, regional and local healthcare systems, most recently as the Chief Care Transformation Officer and President of the Hospital Group at Corewell Health West (formerly, Spectrum Health). In this role I oversaw operations for eleven hospitals, a continuing care division, and nine clinical service lines, managing 25,000 employees and generating $3 Billion in annual net revenue. I take pride in achieving top decile outcomes in quality, finance, and operations alongside my colleagues and teams during this time, and I am grateful for the experience that laid the groundwork for the success of Loud Minds ™.
