Coaches at all stages of their development come to me for supervision: my intention for all is to offer a space of trust and support for reflection in service of your personal and professional growth.
Life changed for me when I first encountered the Coaches Training Institute Coactive Coaching programme in their first ever UK workshop back in 1999. Over the following years I went on to pioneer the use of coaching within organisations in my then OD and Leadership role in Financial Services, when a 'coaching culture' was still relatively unheard of. I completed my Professional Coactive Coach Certification during this time.
I came to the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2006 to join their first Diploma programme to enable me to better support internal coaches. I soon went on to practice independently where I now work with coaches who care passionately about the work they do and their clients. Sometimes coaches come to me for supervision during their accreditation process, while others are very experienced executive coaches who value the opportunity for reflective space in their own growth and continual development. Additionally, as I am a tutor and assessor for ILM L7 Executive Coaching qualifications, I understand the curriculum and so can support coaches in training through this process. I am also on the faculty for AoEC (Practitioner Diploma) and provide 1:1 and group mentor coaching.
Clients tell me that they value my deep listening, non-judgmental support and insightful observations.
I am based in Scotland on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. While I enjoy offering supervision in person I also increasingly work virtually with supervision clients over zoom (etc.), or by phone.
