Lisa's early career included manager and executive roles in the corporate sector. Her final corporate role was as Manager of Succession Planning for 200 top tier Executives in the Telstra Corporation. She founded Kaleidoscope Consulting in Melbourne in 1994.

As a highly experienced Coach and Coach Supervisor Lisa has worked in service of a diverse range of clients, establishing a safe, respectful, confidential and trusted space. She works from a base of strong ethics, integrity and capability, easily building rapport with early exploration and discovery resulting in agreed expectations. This accountability works together with her personal blend of care and empathy, sense of humour, inspiration, optimism and pragmatism.

Lisa provides group supervision with Coaches and Coach supervision for individual coaches at beginner to experienced levels. Lisa also participates n her own Group Supervision and has experienced the wonder and growth from Supervision since 2015. She also aims to more fully capture the hearts and minds of the coach community in Australia, where more coaches engage in supervision as a critical component of professional practice and personal growth for both them and their clients.

Lisa also provides mentor coaching with coaches aspiring to an ICF credential - individually and in mentoring circles.

Lisa has presented at International Coach Federation (ICF) forums, conferences and virtual summits on themes of Coach Supervision. In 2018 she presented at the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Research Conference in the U.K. exploring her three year journey with a group of Executive Coaches in supervision.
