As a Gestalt organizational development practitioner, facilitator, and coach, Lyn is deeply passionate about enabling the thriving growth of individuals, teams, and organizations. She adopts a systemic approach, understanding that each individual, team, and organization functions as an interconnected system. She partners closely with clients to engage, align, and integrate all aspects of their systems, drawing on collective wisdom to drive transformation and create sustainable, positive change.

With multi-disciplinary expertise in organizational development, leadership development, team engagement and development, group process work, change management, culture building, and learning facilitation, Lyn brings both depth and breadth to her practice. Her diverse background and exceptional interpersonal and listening skills, enable her to connect effectively with people at all levels, making her a trusted partner in diverse organizational contexts. Over the past 13 years, she has partnered with clients across private, public, and non-profit sectors, supporting them in aligning their visions with strategic directions, enhancing team collaboration and performance, and strengthening leadership capability and capacity to navigate fast-changing environments.

Before transitioning to this field, Lyn spent 14 years in commercial, marketing, and communication, and leadership roles across a wide range of industries. Lyn is not only an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and ICF Associate Certified Coach with an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching but also holds a Masters in People & Organizational Development. Proficient in English and Chinese, she skillfully combines her extensive training with creativity and genuine engagement, making every interaction meaningful and impactful.
