Introduction

Hello - I like to describe myself as a creative leadership development coach and facilitator. I started up my own business "Enjoy work" 15 years ago to focus on working with individuals and groups to get more joy our of their work.

Prior to setting up my business I worked for many years in HR and OD in the NHS designing and delivering leadership programs. My particular area of interest is leadership creativity and innovation and I completed an M Sc in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership, and became accredited in the use of creative coaching and facilitation tools to follow this interest.
My other areas of interest is diversity, inclusion and in particlar female leadership. I have been fortunate enough to have worked Internationally in a diverse range of places including Afghanistan, Brazil, Belize, India and Kenya with a range of clients including UNICEF, Plan International, WHO and UN Women and in the UK I work with the NHS, MOD and other civil service organisations, facilitating groups and one to one coaching. My passion is designing creative experiences that enable people to think out of the box and have deep insight into what is stopping them from achieving their goals or expressing their leadership potential.

I am half Kenyan and half English and like to spend time in Kenya each year re connecting with my roots. I also have two daughters who I live with in London. My other passions are hiking and I often go on hiking weekends, I am learning to play the jembe (African drum) and dancing salsa and kizomba. All these activities get me out of my head and into my body and offer a creative expression of myself.
