Quynh Anh has both extensive management and coaching degrees and experience, with a strong international background.
She is since 2008 an Executive coach, Team and Organisational Development coach, supporting executives, senior leaders and teams, in international and local organisations, both in private and public sectors.

Driven by people's and team's growth, she helps develop essential skills needed for leaders in the workplace of tomorrow: soft skills, emotional intelligence, efficient communication, relationship efficacy, capacity to build empowered teams, capacity to bring people on board towards clear directions, capacity to develop oneself and other. She uses a holistic approach to help leaders raise self awareness, gain insight and new perspectives, and develop new resources and skills.

Quynh Anh supports individuals to efficiently lead organisations, others and themselves. She helps teams to reach better performance through alignment and collective intelligence development, as well as organisational development practice.

She brings to her coaching practice fifteen years of previous professional and international experience in multinational companies, where she held a variety of management roles in finance, sales & marketing, and business management, working in Asia and Europe-Middle East-Africa as well as USA.

She is a Master Certified Coach, certified in Transactional Analysis and the Systemic and Strategic Approach, trained and certified in numerous practices and tools that enhance awareness and comprehension of individuals and systems.
She is an accredited coach to the European Institutions.

She is also a coach supervisor.
